Resolume Arena 5.1.4pluginsvfxAVFFGLBrightnessContrast. I hope this will do in finding out what's wrong. Im running Resolume 5.1.3 (Tried all other released versions too) on a brand new Alienware R3 15 with a GTX1070, 16GB RAM, Intel 7700HQ, and for some reason Arena crashes on startup exactly every other time. I just tried loading a smaller image and it worked. I hoped this would solve it, but sadly even after converting the clips to AVI files, with the DXV Codex and quicktime installed for Resolume 5, no luck in loading any of them. ![]() I've attempted to follow the advice in the manual and compress them with the recommended codec that was configured as suggested. Arena 5 is giving me nearly latency-free. However, I've noticed very different results in the two programs' behavior with its latency. ![]() Hi there, just wanting some insight into an issue weve been facing recently with Arena. Resolume Arena Fullscreen Ouput flicker to Black. It will become a clip that you can trigger and eject. Met Resolume in a bar the other day Posts: 5 Joined: Mon 08:44. To use a live input, simply drag it from the list on an empty clip slot. Its being decoding on the CPU, so playing multiple 4k mp4 files at once can have a big hit on your CPU usage for example. Also any USB webcams you have connected will show up automagically. MP4 is a highly compressed keyframe based format, and its not recommended to use with Resolume. The note on/off messages process quickly because there are only two values being sent. For buttons, this isnt a noticeable problem. Most laptops have a webcam, so on laptops this is usually the first option. So heres the problem: Occasionally the Midi values or 'traffic' as Arena calls it, gets backed up and the software is slow to process the changes in real time. The biggest sized samples (they're actually more like videos I sync live with the band's performance) are around 1 GB. The new device fixed the issues I kept experiencing in Arena 5 (which is what I'm still using at live shows because of these issues) AND it seems that Arena 6 can recognize the new device's ASIO So far, so good. Live Video inputs will show up in the Sources tab. I could send you the config.xml but I don't know what good that will do.Ībout the files I tried loading, I've attached the smallest one that's not compressed. Seeing that this is happening in Vista, the path is C:/Users//Documents/Resolume Avenue 3/ and no text file. The 5.0.4 release fixes three silly mistakes that snuck their way into 5.0.3. There is no log file in the folder "Resolume Avenue 3", neither entitled "Resolume Avenue 3 log.txt", or "log.txt" or anything ".txt". I don't have a Mac, but an Asus Notebook that can only work with Vista on it (the drivers are compatible only with Vista no drivers, no communication with the projector - Asus "Revolutionary" Notebook Series).
